Products

Airborne Imagery WA sells fine art photographic prints and framed artworks.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display photographs, frame finishes, colours, sizes and product information. Colours displayed on your screen may vary from the finished printed product due to differences between devices and printing processes.

Natural timber frames may vary in grain, colour and texture.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

GST: Prices include GST where applicable.

Shipping is free on all orders within Australia.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, artwork, branding, logos, written content and other original material displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Airborne Imagery WA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a photographic print does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the photograph.

Photographs purchased from Airborne Imagery WA are for personal display only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Images must not be copied, reproduced, scanned, photographed for reproduction, distributed, published, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior written permission.

Website Use

You must not use this website or its content for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
